Account Deletion Request

This page explains how a user or customer organization can request deletion of a SeedERP account and associated personal data.

Who Can Request Deletion

  • The account holder.
  • The employer or organization that manages the account.
  • An authorized administrator acting on behalf of the organization.

How To Request Deletion

Send requests to info@yukselseeds.com or use the support contact details on the support page.

Please include:

  • Full name
  • Work email address used for SeedERP
  • Company or organization name
  • Employee or user identifier, if available
  • Whether you are requesting account deletion, associated personal data deletion, or both

Processing Time

Deletion requests are generally processed within 30 days, subject to identity verification and organizational authorization checks.

What May Be Retained

Certain records may be retained where permitted or required for legal, security, fraud prevention, accounting, audit, tax, regulatory, or contractual reasons.

Admin-Managed Accounts

SeedERP is primarily a business application. Many accounts are provisioned and managed by an employer or organization, and deletion may require approval or initiation by that organization.
