How We Use Information
- Authenticate users and manage secure access.
- Operate visits, quotations, forecasting, expenses, notifications, and related ERP workflows.
- Sync data between the mobile app and backend services.
- Improve reliability, support, and security.
- Comply with legal, tax, audit, regulatory, and contractual obligations.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use SeedERP for cross-app advertising tracking.
Permissions
- Camera, to capture visit photos and receipts.
- Photo library, to attach images.
- Microphone, to record visit audio.
- Location, to support visit check-in, check-out, mapping, and location-based workflows.
- Notifications, to send operational alerts and reminders.
SeedERP currently uses foreground location flows when the user interacts with visit or map features and grants permission.
Sharing
We may share information with affiliated companies, customer organizations, and service providers acting on our behalf for hosting, infrastructure, support, security, storage, and notification delivery.
We may also share information where required by law, regulation, legal process, audit, or similar obligation.
Retention
- Account and profile data: while the account is active and for up to 24 months after deactivation.
- Operational business records: for the duration of the business relationship and for up to 7 years afterward where needed for tax, accounting, audit, regulatory, or contractual obligations.
- Support and technical logs: typically up to 12 months.
- Backups: may persist for up to 90 days before rotation or deletion.
Your Choices and Requests
SeedERP is primarily a business application. Many accounts are provisioned and managed by an employer or organization.
